Meet the Directors

Karl Wilkinson

Karl has been working in financial services for the past 15 years, and has attained a wealth of experience and contacts since then.

In order to share his knowledge with others in the sector, Karl, together with Ali, decided to start their own company with the dual purpose of providing valued customers with a level of customer service that is lacking in the financial division, but also to train new, enthusiastic mortgage brokers to maximise their potential in line with company values.

Innovation is key to staying ahead; Karl has his finger on the pulse to ensure customers are getting the best advice on the market.

Fun Fact: Karl used to own a popular restaurant that was frequented by a number of famous celebrities!
Ali Goztas

Ali has spent the last 11 years working in financial services.

Combined with his involvement in education for the last 12 years, he has become truly passionate about creating the best advisors in the market through training, mentoring and supervision.

Hard-working and always keen to self-improve, Ali goes above and beyond to ensure his mentees are always educating themselves and ensuring they are providing the best service to valued clients at all times.

Fun Fact: Ali has a degree in Mechanical Engineering.
